I want to tell my parents, but they are very, very strict. Im sure if i ask them for help..ugh.. diapers will be involved. does anyne have any suggestions?

Diapers will NOT be involved. There are good medications that help, and there is also a wet-alarm that might work. This is not something you need to suffer in silence.

There is no shame in wetting the bed. There are several causes and first of all you need a doctor's evaluation of the problem. You may have a bladder or kidney infection. If you are under a lot of stress, this can cause bed wetting. If your parents are overly strict, that in itself can raise your stress to an unmanageable level. There are medications for this problem and there are programs which use various methods in helping you overcome the problem. But the first thing is to figure out what the problem IS and then the doctor can suggest help in the form of medication or such. Diapers are not going to solve a problem; they will just make it easier to keep your bedding dry. It's fine to use them while you get the problem fixed but the whole point here is finding out what needs fixing. You're plenty old enough to visit the doctor's examination room alone. If your parents need help understanding your wish to remain as comfortable as possible, show them this answer. They need to make a doctor's appointment for you. Good luck!

You need to talk to your doctor. Ultimately, your parents will find out but you need to find the cause instead of just putting on diapers or trying to cover up the wet. Something physical or emotional is causing this.

I reccomend you put a dry towel over the wet spot, and then cover the bet with a blanket, and let it sit for a couple hours. The urine will dry, but you can just clean it later on, your parents will never know. If your parents arent home, you could also turn on a fan and point it on the wet spot, this will dry it fast.
