Whats is the best and most effective treatment for tinea versicolor?

im starting to development small white patches of it on my face, and im not sure what cream to use before it spreads and gets worse. Does anyone whose experienced this, know of any products that they have used, that worked?

Selsun Blue shampoo: apply it to affected areas before going to bed; let it dry and sleep on it; wash away in the morning shower. 2-3 times should do it.
