Yes. One 3 hour block of worship services on Sunday. Then I also am a leader over the 16 and 17 year old girls and we have activities on Wednesdays and usually have something going on on Saturdays as well.

I walk in the forests, on the beach, up the mountains several times a week. This is my church service. My soul is very refreshed each and every time.

I always go on Sunday morning and if I'm off Sunday and Wed, then I go Sunday night too and on Wednesday. I love it.
