It Depends On What BOTH The Semi-Permanent And Permanent Dyes Say On The Box. - Most Of The Time It Is O.K. To Recolor In About A Week. However, Some Semi-Permanent Dyes Can Cause 'Off-Color' Results If You Color Over Them With Permanent Dyes. It May Be Wiser To Wait Until Most Or All Of The Semi-Perm Washes/Fades Out.

Give it at least another 12 - 14 days. Longer would be better, but if you must give it at least the 12 days. In between that time use some almond & olive oil. put 2 tablespoons of each oil into a shot glass. Microwave/heat until you very warm or hot. But not so hot, that it will burn you. Apply on your hair as a treatment. Then rinse and shampoo and condition. Try this at least 2x before you color again. Keeps hair lustrous and healthy.

It should say on the box when you can dye again. Most of them say two weeks but it might be less for semi-permanent. I don't know I have only tried permanent.

it would be very undesirable and volatile to dye it lower back in the present day. It dries your hair out, reasons breakage and chop up ends, and in case you over deal with your hair it would turn a humorous coloration. i does not do it if I have been you.

It'd be best to let it fade out and then you can use the permanent hair dye. If you dye it now, your color will be uneven. Not to mention, you're gonna be stuck with brittle, dry hair.

I would wait until it starts to fade because you don't want to damage your hair. If you dye it too often, it becomes thin and dry, no matter what you use to moisten it.

it is reccommended to wait at least 2 weeks since you dyed it, and in the meantime try deep conditioning your hair to keep it from getting dried out.
hope i helped!

It's drying to the hair, so the less you do it the better.
