Viola Girl, I have read excerpts of "Mere Christianity" in a book of excerpts of C.S. Lewis' writings "The Joyful Christian." That and recommendations such as yours has me putting that up higher on my to-read list :)

Gumby, Take heart! People often put others down for being so brave as to put yourself out there as you did with your answer :) I appreciate your recommendation and will take it to heart as well.

Jenn, thank you for your answer, other searches to look into for understanding of Muslim traditions

Everyone's getting the thumbs up from me because of all your wonderful offerings.

One God. Same God. We just need to look past our own presuppositions to find Him anywhere and everywhere. :)
