ok, so i go to a high school of about 800 students.
there is about 30 girls that are datable.
one of them is one perfect and one of my best freinds, but she has a boyfriend in college.
another girl has the best personality ever, and is dating some player and i bet he'll break her heart and i dont want that to happen.
another girl is dating a guy that im like best friends with.

all the others are really not all that good but would probably be a easy lay.

what should i do? go for the lay or go after a girl and take her and have a meaningful relationship? :)

Why are only 30 of the 400 girls dateable? Are your standards so high?

Maybe most of the 30 wouldn't find you on their lists of 30 dateable guys!

I think you should forget about girls while you're still in school. You shouldn't be using them for your sexual pleasure, nor is a meaningful relationship appropriate at your age. Dating and having a good time socially is fine. But sex and getting serious are not good options when you're 15 or 16 or even 17. I know this isn't the answer you want, but it's the best I can offer, because I have grandchildren your age, and I would tell them the same thing. Only thing is, they are sensible kids and their education is more important right now than making out or having meaningful relationships.

How about concentrate on school? After all that is what high school is really for. Since you are the kind of guy that thinks you are way too good for the majority of girls you have a slim chance of a meaningful relationship. Be careful who you "lay" without the intention of a relationship. Girls at that age are crazy and you do not want to mess with the wrong one. Most girls at that age feel like the least bit of attention means "he loves me." All I am saying is get your priorities straight and do not be so cocky. It is not a turn on. If you were that great you would not be asking this question.

I'm only ten years older then you, I'm guessing 16 or 17. Anyway when I was your age I went for a meaningful relationship that ended tragically and I thought I my world as I knew it was over. Those girls you really like who are involved with other people keep in contact with then and have fun yourself. Don't become a slut or anything but your only gonna be in high school once man if those girls really like you they'll come around

You're not going to want to hear this, but go for the meaningful relationship. An easy lay just brings you down, not only in everyone else's eyes, but yourself. Be honest with yourself, shoot high and don't settle just because it's an easy option.

Well to think of a woman as only something to sleep with is wrong. Meaningful relationship is always the way to go. When you get to the point you are just trying to get laid you have screwed up.

Slow down homey. Far too many kids your age look for long term relationships without finding out who they are first. How will you know what you really want unless you sample a bit of everything? Slut around and then keep the one who makes you not want to slut around anymore. ;)

Sounds like you are looking for a girlfriend to stroke your ego instead of looking for a relationship which will help you be a better person. I'm not trying to be critical but dating isn't about finding someone thats a good fit for you, its about finding someone who makes you happy.

why would you want to bother with a person like that? Sex isn't everything.Beside which you're too young to bother with that right now. Finish your education, and along the way,if you meet just the right one you'll fall in love and see what happens.
