i have things to do before i die ...

Personally, I think it is because we only know what is here on earth. I believe in Heaven, and that I will go there when I die. I think that we are afraid of leaving who and what we know. I am exited to see Heaven, but on the flip side, I would hate to not see my family and friends.

Of course there is a Heaven. There is also a literal Hell for those who do not accept Jesus Christ as their Lord & Savior and believe He is part of God...not a created being.
I am still human, I don't want to die for fear of the actual act of it....not what happens after it. I am looking forward to death, because in Jesus Christ, there is life!

I do believe that there is a heaven and I do want to go there. However, I do believe that I have a purpose that I'm supposed to fulfill before I go there, so I'm not in a hurry to die, it will happen when it's supposed to happen.

I do. I seriously can't wait to get there. The reason why people don't want to die is because if you haven't noticed before you die, you actually feel pain!!

Thats because different people like different things and they imagine that they won't like heaven.
like, heaven for some people is 3 things
whiskey, loose women and gambling and for others its just double time bible classes. So, some people are afraid to die because they are not sure what they are getting into.

Yes there is and the reason people dont want to die is because they have to leave behind the ones they love until they see them again.in the new life.

Its not that i dont want to die. Its that i dont fear death. My life is in the hands of God. When He wants me to live with him, i will gladly go. But untill then, i will do my best to spread the Good Word and serve Jesus my Lord and Savior.

If we all truely knew of the glory of heaven we would probably all want to commit suicide, there has to be some fear of death.
