I'm not talking quarts and quarts or anything, I just mean if you cut yourself or something and lick it up, as I am sure many of us are wont to doing.

I don't think it's odd. If I ever cut my finger on something I usually whine and put it in my mouth. That sounds weird, but ya know what I mean? I think it's safe.

Well never lick your blood up. It kinda is discusting and might make the cut infected. Instead, blot the cut with a clean napkin. Put a bandage on the cut and your done. The only time you should swallow blood is when there is a cut in your mouth. That is fine. Nothing will happen to you either way though.

Jeez, you scared me there for a minute. I thought you were practicing vampirism! Seriously, the small amount of blood from a cut will not hurt you if you lick it. I'm sure all of us at one time or another, has sampled the salty taste of blood.

Very safe and useful as well. That way you don't lose any iron because you are recycling it.
