What are danger of being overweight? How does this effect ur body? What are ways to prevent or if u get it how to fight it? Please add links!!

the dangers of being over weigh is heart disease which can make your life shorter than its meant to be.it effects your body by making everything harder like you don't have alot of energy and some people cant talk without running out of breath.ways to prevent it is eating a proper diet and exercising everyday.

Metabolic syndrome is a combination of many disorders or diseases essentially linked to high fat and sugar consumption and an inactive lifestyle. To prevent it, eat healthy foods and avoid saturated & trans fats and excessive sugar consumption. Also, it is important to become an active person.

o Obesity
o High blood triglycerides
o Low HDL-Cholesterol
o Hypertension
o Poor blood glucose regulation
o Increased blood clotting
Cholesterol plaque buildup depends on
• Lifestyle
• Diet
• Genetics
When cholesterol plaque builds up
• Can restrict blood flow
• Can completely block blood flow
o Stroke
o Heart attack

Heart problems, lung problems, circulation problems, skin problems, can go into diabetes, can cause pain in joints, bone trouble...

Eat 3 meals a day, but try to stick to meat and veggies and fruit. No sugars, and very, very low carbs, if any at all.

I have to follow a diet due to digestive reasons, and this is how I have to eat. I was already thin and what weight I had, melted away. I cant even gain, because there is 0 fat, 0 sugar and 0 carbs in my diet.*
