just to answer a common question that i keep getting asked...i didnt eat for awhile because i had class all day and it took awhile to cook what my husband was making. im currently pregnant and i felt nasious(if that's how you spell it) so i didnt feel well enough to eat anything. when i finally got my food and i ate it really slowly, but i still got major stomach cramps. i try to eat often, but i have classes all day and it's hard to eat as often as i should.

I'm curious as to why you don't eat for a long time and then get really hungry. That's not good for your digestion, so your stomach rebels by cramping up. When I go for long periods without eating, I get gassy when I do eat. That may be what's happening to you. I think you'll find that by eating regular meals on time, you won't have this problem any more. Also, certain foods can cause stomach discomfort, like too much spice or gas-creating foods like cabbage, onions, beans or broccoli.

It is normal if you go an extended perion of time without eating and bolt down your next meal. Especially if when you eat, you eat like five double cheeseburgers and a liter of cola. Try to eat more frequently during the day and eat smaller portions so that you don't spoil your appetite and you'll want to eat more often.

Probably gas from not eating, and then the food has trouble going down. It happens to me too. Ya gotta eat often, small meals for good stomach activity.

You should eat smaller meals every three hours or so during the day. That way, your blood sugar level stays constant, ad you won't over eat and feel sick and will also lose weight.

I sometimes get them, I think it's because it's hard for your digestive system to cope with such an erratic eating schedule, if you will. I suggest eating small amounts more frequently, and drinking plenty of water.

Could be due to food combinations. Too many different foods in one meal can give you problems such as yours because some foods don't mix well.
