I just want to know how to do a spring twist on my own. I checked out someone's blog and she had done it herself and it was great. If you can show me step by step how to do them, I'd greatly appreciate it. Not kinky twists, SPRING twists. Thanx!

I really need someone who could refer me to a site that teaches this step by step, or just someone who can do it on their own and just describe it to me simply. Don't worry though, I'm not elementary, I have experience and did it before, but just need more technique. Thanx!
