It would be impossible to determine the amount of aid you may receive from filing your FAFSA with only that information.

When your FAFSA is filed, it goes through a complex calculation that takes into consideration all income and assets, family size, number in college, etc. to come up with an Expected Family Contribution (EFC). Your EFC number is used in conjunction with your school's Cost of Attendance (COA) to determine what Pell Grant amount you will qualify for. Each school may have a different COA, depending on the average cost of tuition at their schools, books and supplies, living expenses in the area, etc.

Besides the Pell Grant, each school may have additional campus-based or state-funded aid that could factor into your award package. As this varies from school to school depending on the state and individual funding, this would be even more impossible to speculate on.

The only way to know what you might qualify for is to apply. Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov to complete the FAFSA. The results will be submitted to your school in about 2 weeks processing time. Then, speak to a Financial Aid Counselor at your school and they should be able to give you all the information you need.

It is really hard to estimate because it takes into consideration your income and savings into the equation at a higher percentage rate. On the good side, the EFC should be split into three and adjusted to the college tuition of the particular school. Also, it depends on the individual school's endowment fund and if you take work study option or not. I recommend looking for outside scholarships which could minimalize student loans if that is a worry. I recommend applying for any college scholarship you qualify for no matter the amount. I will include several different methods to locate college tuition money.

First, your high school guidance office has a list of local scholarships. These are typically the easiest to get compared to the national competition ones.

Second, the local public library has a book listing college scholarships with some not even listed on the web.

Finally, join several free membership college scholarship search websites. Most offer a customized search based on the information you enter into a profile. There is a scholarship for almost anything out there including wearing duct tape to the prom.

Good luck!

Well, as long as you turn in your FAFSA by Feb 15th or something, there is a deadline. The deadline is when they start giving the money out. Anytime after this if you turn it in they might not have the money you need. Its a first come first serve. I bet you will get a lot of grants and maybe even a grant from your college. My mom and I made about 20,000 my first year. I got several grants and a big grant from my school. This income was only supporting 2 people compared to your 5 people. I am actually getting money back from my school, called a refund. So turn it in and the school you are going to go to will send you a list of all the aid you have recieved.

It's IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to speculate on how much you'll get from FAFSA unless someone has been in a similar situation. I think you'll have to wait to get the results.
