What this questions really comes down to is the age old difference between would and could.
If the woodchuck could chuck Norris than he could without a doubt COULD chuck as much wood as he pleased, however since the question asks how much wood he WOULD chuck, then the answer is definitely how ever much Chuck Norris pleased.
The FSM would also think whatever Chuck Norris pleased.

The FSM woud think that A squared plus B squared does not in fact, equal C squared, but is in fact an exponential derivative of D.
And that woodchucks are Chuck Norris cloned.
EDIT- spouse says you can't clone Chuck Norris, as the technology is not that cool!
