i always do but i have nothing to be stressed about!
my neck always feels tense, my back has knots in it, and i get headaches from stress realted things, but theres nothing stressful in my life!!


HOW can i just relaaaaaaax and get rid of this stress?? best answer will be givin out.

Yoga, prayer / meditation, regular exercise & plenty of sleep will help get you centered, balanced and stress free.

Go to a Chiropractor and have him xray your back make sure you dont have a vertabrae out of alignment, also get a massage to get those knots out, drink more water and think positive!

may be work related,take a vacation outside your area or even outside the country and trust me on this

RELAXXXX on your bed its good for your back or maybe go to the docter to see what is wrong
