please help me my boss said that i have no restictions?

but i know i still do becasue of my doctor and my pt i do have a stated note form my pt and my doctor which my work already has my doctor's notes but i just got my other note form my pt tonight some one please help me

If you have a note you have restrictions so don't do anything to harm yourself.

Make sure that you make copies of anything the doctors give you regarding restrictions and don't do anything at work contrary to the restrictions. If this is for an injury on the job, keep notes of everything you can do and everything the boss asks you to do that is something you shouldn't do because of the restrictions.
Perhaps the boss may be thinking he can find you a job that you can do even with the restrictions.
If they should fire you because of not doing the job, you can get unemployment and if you are seeing a doctor because of an injury on the job, you can also file for Workman's compensation. Show the boss the other note you have from the pt - physical therapist you mean? and see what happens from there. Good luck to you!!

Unfortunately, these are medical recommendations to facilitate your recovery and the company's only obligation pertains to the FMLA. If he does accommodate these requests, he may also modify your pay rate as well.

The more judicious your approach, the more understanding he might be; however, he is not legally required to meet your doctor's concessions. Good Luck

Make sure Human resources gets a copy of your paperwork from dr. and pt. ! Make sure they know what your boss thinks. They may reign him in.
