It sounds like a withdrawal from your pain medication
It really does and the withdrawal wouldn't happen till a day or so after believe me because I went through it
you better see your doctor because you could have a stroke or heart attack NOT FUNNY!

i've had panic attacks before (a few years ago), but they never woke me up from sleeping. they did occur, sometimes, after i had just laid down.
nonetheless, panic attacks are scary and while it may be a panic attack, i strongly suggest you speak with your doctor & describe exactly what happens and if anything out of the ordinary occured that day. i say that, b/c my panic attacks were sparked from a breakup out of a 4 year relationship. i didn't think it was affecting me at all, but that's where they started.
anyway- i sincerely hope that everything gets better for you and you find a solution to your problem.

Let me tell you my night time panic experience.. Occasionally I will be fast asleep then wake up and feel as if i am lying on a plank of wood and have to get up to do something. Then I get the urge to start screaming. I've found that this rarely happens anymore as I relax my mind before bed and I have removed all electronic items (such as TV, computer, playstation etc) from my room. Apparently, the electro magnetic waves from electronic item interferes with a chemical in your brain which relaxes your body, therefore you will have disturbed sleeping patterns and/or panic attacks during the night.

I have anxiety disorder and this sounds like a nighttime panic attack, which can be a common symptom of an anxiety disorder. You should definately talk to someone about it. I would recommend telling your doctor and asking him/her if he'd recommend a referral to a psychologist. He/She will know if there are any physical problems they need to check you for beforehand. I hope things get better for you. Panic attacks are horrible to deal with.

I would suggest seeing your doctor. It sounds like you're under a lot of stress about something, and these are the physical manifestations. I don't think you should be taking pills without a doctor's recommendation. They may be doing you more harm than good. See your doc and describe your symptoms. He or she will be able to accurately diagnose and treat you.

Um first of all, never trust drugs from someone else, he could have put something in them. Its just that you were high last night and your brain was mixing things up, cause the stuff you explaining sounds pretty insane. Just over come your fears, go to your friends house, don't accept any drug or anything and play that same game. Once you realize that nothings gonna happen, you'll get over it. Just calm down, close your eyes, and even hide under your sheets. do anything to get you through the night. once its daytime, do as i said. i hope this helped, and once again, never trust anyone when it comes to drugs.

I don't think Yahoo! Answers is the best place for this question. I would suggest seeking medical attention. (I don't think your mental, I think you need to see a doctor or something)
