I have no. No side effects as long as you are not allergic to coconut

I have never tried cooking with coconut oil because it is very high in saturated fat. It certainly tastes good, but you should try a lower fat version such as canola or soybean oil. Also, olive oil is a very good oil to cook with although it is expensive. Good luck.

coconut oil is high in saturated fat, at the very least it will push your cholesterol levels thru the roof.

do you mean for allergies?
coconut is one of the healthiest fats.
