Yes and No. YES if what you dreamt was realistic and you make it real by putting much effort to 'achieve it?' NO if it is just some fantasy and one is asking for the impossible....but still if it is something material and you 'reach' out for it day after day, it might just HAPPEN! Not a surprise!
