Lightly rub a dryer sheet against your hair & combs/brushes.

Run a tiny drop of jojoba oil through your hair. Jojoba oil is an excellent leave in conditioner that will keep your hair smooth. It washes out easily & won't block pores.

To fight flatness, switch the way you part your hair.

Also, consider wearing your hair up or in ponytails.

Make a ponytail more elegant by wrapping a section of hair around the elastic & securing it w/ a pin to conceal it. You can also section the ponytail and curl each section loosely to add more interest. http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-make-a-perfect-ponytail-2
