Don't act dumb or ditzy... be beautiful, mysterious, and intelligent while still very outgoing and approachable. And be flirty! not in a stupid way... take the time to really listen to everything a guy is saying and be able to hold an interesting conversation.
if all else fails... make friends with all his friends. eventually hell feel like hes missing something and wanna start talking to you too.

Don't give him mixed signals, don't play games. Just flirt with him, make eye contact, be enjoyable around him. If you give him mixed signals, he might be tempted to do the same to you too.

thats all depends whether or not he likes u back. if he does-great. if he doesnt & ONLY likes u as a friend than i highly recommand that u guys keep it that way. sometimes its better to be friends than lovers..trust me

i know this sounds super cheesy, but just be yourself. ... if ur not yourself, the guy will just think ur a fake.
