I have several years marksmanship experience, but I have noticed that two different glocks I have purchased have always placed my groups on the left side of the target at 25 yards. I know it's nothing to do with my form, trigger control, breathing or wrist break.. so any one else have this issue with glocks?

This is a typical Glock issue that is due to the two-stage trigger design of Glocks in general. I can assure you it is more common than not. As a result Glocks are much less "forgiving" when firing and if you have the slightest of issues with your trigger control, this particular trigger design has a tendency to multiply the problem.

I consider myself pretty experienced in pistol shooting and whenever I shoot a double action pistol with a really bad trigger (i.e. Glock) or a double action revolver with a heavy trigger I find I shoot left.
It's one of the big reasons I usually shoot a single action Hi Power that has a good trigger and a good safety.
There is hope for that gritty heavy "safety and trigger in one" badly designed part that Glock stuck you with, but the problem is a lighter trigger on a pistol with no safety equals a less safe pistol.
There are many do-it-yourself Glock trigger job sites on the net, here's one, but be advised that no one but a professional who knows how to do this should actually be doing it.

(Let the thumbs down from the brainwashed minions out there start....!!)

I am not all that familiar with Glock pistols but can't you adjust the rear sight? I am a 1911 fan and they have an adjustable rear sight. Some of the military models have to be adjusted by drifting the rear sight left or right in the dovetail. The front sight on a 1911 is pined in place and cannot be adjusted. If the Glock is incapable of having the rear sight adjusted, you'll just have to use "Kentucky windage" to compensate for the amount that your gun is off to the left.

Have you checked the front sight alignment as of yet? Either that, or you could be having a small wear-and-tear spot on either the slide right at the muzzle end or one of the rails in the frame. Or even worse, that part of the slide could be worn away too. If either is the problem, a competent armorer's should be able to repair/fix the problem/s.

Sounds like your rear sight is out of line. Check that first.

Best.
