Have flea problems but she wasnt around it much

no fights up in attic actually down stairs in room when hot or really cold only a few days tho not all at once

It could be from fleas. If a cat gets a tiny sore, the fleas will all gather there and eat/drink the blood.
Buy some flea powder and dust your cat thoroughly. You can use Sevin Dust from Kmart or Walmart available in the gardening section. Make sure to dust up in the attic and other places where the cat spends time. Leave it overnight then vacuum it up.

Under both eyes? This could be a sign of many things including herpes. A problem with one eye would indicate an eye infection, a problem with both eyes indicates something more serious.

Did she get in a fight? It could be that or it could be an infected wound. I would clean it with a Qtip and apply antibacterial ointment and run her into the vet if it doesn't start to heal.
