Yes I think it's okay.
Some guys are too afraid to ask the gals out so therefore it's up to the gals to do the asking otherwise some guys might stay a bachelor for the rest their life.

It depends on the guy.
Shy guys would generally liked to be asked first. Just as shy girls would like to be asked first.
Perhaps there's a guy who has a large ego. He could like it, 'cause it could inflate his ego, but might also not like it 'cause it threatens his own sense of manliness. Same might apply to girls.

yes it's okay i've done it before i mean i look at him and be like he is all mine and i asked him "if i asked you out what would you say?" and he said"yeah" and i asked him out and now i ended up with him we got married last year and and i just gave birth to our beautiful baby Girl:) so i say go for it before someone else does........

i think it is. i do it all the time. anyway, why should girls just wait around for guys? if you never ask him out, you'll never know if he liked you but was just to afraid to admit it. most guys are shy when it comes to things like this
