Yogurt and granola sounds good to me.
You may try alternating w/ an egg sandwich (egg, cheese, on toast) or a bowl of cereal (Raisin Bran, Cirspix, Cheerios) and lowfat milk.
Also try cheese toast (cheese melted on a slice of bread), a ham sandwich, or even a peanut butter & jelly sandwich w/ milk.

try a bowl of non-sugar cereal, some fruit and some juice or a bagel. I like to make eggs or skillets for breakfast but that takes a little longer! how about a egg-muffin-sandwich? make one egg however you want, cook up a piece of ham or turkey in the pan with it to warm it up, put some shredded chez on the egg and top with the meat and put it all on a toasted bagel or English muffin, you can eat it on your way to school! you can even premake the egg, chez and meat part and just reheat it in the morning.
