I just bought the PSP slim for a friend and probably needs to receive updates. Will the memory stick pro duo fit into my laptop memory card slot or do I need to get him a adapter? Can I use a usb cable instead between the laptop and psp? Don't have wireless.

If the Memory Stick Pro Duo doesn't fit, then you'll need an Adapter. My Laptop doesn't have the Memory Card Slot so I need a USB Cable. Best thing to update your PSP is the "Network Update" but you said you (or your friend) don't (doesn't) have Wireless...
