The weirdest food I've ever eaten was a French dish called escargot du bourgogne. It was snails cooked in a butter and garlic sauce. The texture was like eating a rubber ball, and it was very garlicky and greasy. I couldn't eat more than one, and to this day I can't eat anything with garlic. Very gross and weird and I can't imagine why the French would enjoy eating this, yuck!

i like deep fried gator in batter with a splash of tobasco. Alligator tastes like rattlesnake and that they the two flavor like what? Yep.....chicken. i think of the oddest i've got had replaced into Ostrich. Too lean and not lots flavor. i latterly had uncooked oysters on an identical time as i replaced into in San Francisco. i presumed i'd in no way consume oysters. They have been impressive, flavor purely like piece of a few sparkling sparkling ocean.

I ate monkey in the Amazon! It tasted like something between pork and rabbit. They cooked it outside over coals. It was served with tropical vegetables, like yuca(casaba), chaote, and plantains. I'd been living in Venezuela at the time.
