Coat your tongue with peanut butter
the oil in it will allow the hair to just slide off
give it a try, cant hurt
if it doesnt work, let me know
I could dream up another thing to try

Brush the cat well fist. then lick it clean that should cut down on the amount of hair on your tonque.
