if i'm using self raising flour for making muffins instead of all purpose flour, does it mean i don't need to put any baking soda and baking powder into the mixture !?!??! thanxxx

The answer is normally yes. But if you have an odd ball recipe, you might need to use some of one of them. If your recipe is comparable to a quick bread, you're fine using the SR flour and no leavening agent (soda or powder).

Yes, you are correct. You can leave out the salt, too.
