PLEASE talk to your mother/father/close family member and seek medical advice!!
No one should feel the way you do.

So, what has happened in your life about a month or so ago?
Has there been a problem, a change, situation or relationship that has preceded your change of moods?
You have described a number of symptoms of depression.
A person can "go through" these feelings and still be OK on the other side. But, with so many of these symptoms grouped together, and lasting continuously - particularly the thoughts of suicide - It is time to see your Dr. or a counselor. If the thoughts of suicide become intense, call 911 or go to the hospital ER. Yeah, it is that important.
While you are getting treatment from your Dr or counselor,
see to it that every day you eat, sleep, and exercise OUTSIDE in the fresh air. It is also important that you try to maintain your daily schedule and connect with people daily, but try to simplify your schedule, cutting back on your obligations in order to allow yourself rest and time and space without too much pressure. Get together with a friend atleast once or twice a week so you are around someone who cares about you. And, get into counseling therapy. Yes, it does help.

I don't think you are okay. I get mood swings, extreme sadness, I sometimes get angry at little things and cry alot. Maybe you should try and talk to a good friend. They are really helpful. My bff and I always seem know how the other feels so maybe they could help. I hope you feel better soon. You are not alone and Good Luck!

No, you're not okay. You can call a suicide hotline (look in the phone book) and get a fast reference to someone who can help you. Alternately, call your doctor and tell them what's been going on. They will see you immediately.
Stay with us. I know it may seem like you're in the bottom of a dark well with no way out, but that is the illness speaking. Get help. You WILL get better, and you'll be so glad.
Blessings.

You should talk to a counselor, it will help and they will point you in the right direction. Sometimes it might be the change of seasons or because of things going on in your life. Good luck!
