The "Holy Ghost" is an archaic term for what most Christians now refer to as the "Holy Spirit." The Holy Spirit descended to Earth at the Pentecost, after Christ ascended to Heaven. He is the third component of the Trinity, and acts as "The Advocate" with the Father and the Son.

There is not such a thing. But there is the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is Christ after passing through death and resurretion (2 Cor. 3:17 And the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom).
The Holy Spirit is not the power of God but it is God Himself. Acts 5:3-4, But Peter said, Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to deceive the Holy Spirit and to put aside for yourself some of the proceeds of the land? 4 While it remained, was it not your own? And when it was sold, was it not under your authority? Why is it that you have contrived this thing in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God.
