I don't think it's anything to be scared about. It probably just means you have good communication skills, and that you're able to easily send messages across to others when you're with them. You probably achieve this with certain facial expressions, body language, vocal tones, etc., that aid people when they guess what you're thinking or feeling.

Yes, it is normal to be scared. The unknown is always scary. As far as other people knowing what you are thinking......maybe your reactions to certain people or situations are predictable to certain people you are around quite a bit of the time. Or maybe you have a very open personality.

No, it isn't normal -- it's a delusion. I sometimes have the opposite delusion, and feel I can read others' minds and/or control their actions. A small dose of Abilify (10 mg each night) has made this delusion go away for me (it was getting troublesome); if you have a shrink, you might ask him/her about a trial prescription of this drug or one like it.

It will be obvious if someone can read your mind, I don't think anyone can but I guess it is a possibility. If you feel suspicions about it, test it out by thinking about shooting everyone in the room, then look for someone that quickly leaves, lol.

This is normal and some people can tell your thoughts. It is sort of an ESP type of happening. Animals and people use this to communicate. You must have some psychic abilities to think this. I use this a lot of times when I do readings. Hope this helps

I always feel like that! Sometimes I'll be sitting in class and honestly think that my teacher can read my mind so I'll think really horrible things to put it to the test and sometimes she gives me strange looks so I have to wonder haha.

You probably don't want to hear this, but it's not normal. It's one of the signs of schizophrenia. You should really go see a doctor and tell them what you told us here. You really need to get checked out by a doctor and/or a psychiatrist, but if you go to your doctor, you can get a full evaluation. Best of luck.

not to worry,

these thoughts you have are probably very private that you want to keep guarded, creating a jealousy about sharing them and the thought of any1 intruding your mind and violating your thought pattern at that time disturbs you, it is not serious or paranoia or anything,

it is just memories you cherish that you do not want to share with others and this feeling of "mind-reading" is an illusion created by yourself that obviously fears for the worst (eg. the thoughts being reviewed by others)

I dunno if this makes sense, but all I am saying is don't worry, we all get like that sometimes and the probability of someone reading your mind is very low....

hope that helps!

Human beings can not read minds....we CAN predict certain behaviors or attitudes based on past behaviors but we can not read minds. Is it normal to believe that people can read your mind?? Pretty much...until you feel totally comfortable with your own thoughts and ideas, in your own skin, you may be vulnerable to the notion that people can read your mind.
