I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you trying to find out how to keep/preserve peaches in glass jars/bottles and how to keep loaves of bread fresher?

If yes, then for the peaches (after you skin them and remove the seed), you can either freeze them or can them. For the bread, package in a good plastic bag. Keep it in the freezer and take out what you need a few minutes before you need it. Or keep the bread in the refrigerator for a few days.

Wrap each bottle of peaches in news paper
place in a cardboard box so that they make a tight fit and are unable to move around and bang into each other.Same for the breads except no need to wrap in news paper. hope this helps you .
