I'd say, Yes, to attending church -- but that's not all. As mentioned...
"Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching." Hebrews 10:23-25
What it means is that we need the encouragement and strength we gain from associating with others of like belief and we need to share our experience with them, too, for it encourages them. Such association keeps us in the faith and helps to prevent us from falling away.
As I mentioned, though, just going to church, though extremely important (yea, a requirement), is not enough. Just sharing our Christian experience with others of like belief does not help us to grow. It is when we must stretch ourselves, as in the effort required to actually witness, one on one, with a non-believer, that we really grow. We have to have our relationship with Jesus finely tuned and our knowledge of God's Word well in mind in order to effectively witness to a non-believer. That effort is what makes us grow.

Christ is the top of the Church (Ephesians a million:22-23). His words on my own govern it (Hebrews a million:a million-2). that's thru His words on my own that we are going to all be judged (John 12:40 seven-50' 2 Corinthians 5:10). Christians are distinctive areas of His physique, yet He on my own is the only one in fee. Granted, there are shepherds/overseers/elders (each of an identical place and used interchangeably in the hot testomony, a million Peter 5:a million-4) who're to shelter the flock/congregation between them (no longer everywhere else). whether, they are going to answer to Jesus for a manner they shepherded His sheep on the Judgment Day. So, do no longer think of that they or any guy-made place has any authority via fact ALL authority hase been given to Jesus In Heaven and on earth (Matthew 28:18).

God tells us not to forsake the assembling of ourselves.. aka.. don't leave out going to church. we need that fellowship and accountability with other believers. giving out tracts is a good thing, but if you are trying to encourage others to further their walk with Christ, but aren't even making an effort to attend church, you are sorta being a hypocrite. when people disobey God they are always out of His will. Not forever, but they are for the time being until they come back to Him.

Well, you don't Have to go to church- the whole point of going to church is to learn more about god and meet with other christians/whatever you are. It is a good idea to go to church- but you don't have to.

I think church tends to stear you away from god to be honest. never found a church that isn't all wrapped up in wealth and how to get more money and power.

going to church is not what saves a person, but if you are truly saved, I believe that you will have a desire to be in church.

NOPE !!!!............church as its called now days is not as it use to be...........They have left God out........and took on thier own traditions and customs.............which said..." the traditions of man makes God's word of No affect ".............and the once called of God preachers have become hirelings.........where once they recieved now have been puffed up in themselves and are respector of persons.......who now do thier own will and that of the people for gain..........and God said" WOE to the Pastors..for ALL the Pastors I called have scattered my sheep ".............
And now it has become just a social gathering..........and no more....and the sad part of it is.........millions flock to it every week believeing they are Christians just cause they attend...........and have not come to know our wonderful Lord and saviour..............but just by tradition and attendence believe themselve to be saved.............with thier mouth they praise Him but there Hearts are far from Him !!!!!!!
The Real Church is leaving the building !!!!!!!
And seeking God for themselves where ever they are !!!!!
We are to go into the highways and hedges and bid them to come...come where ? to Gods House....one built without hands.........not mans house built of stone and wood........an Idol and temple they have set up for themselves and not God !!.......
We are to Compel them to come to CHRIST........not a building !!!!!!
