BOYCOTT!
Hidden Agenda under the question-
(That's how long scientists believe humans walked the earth before Jesus supposidly arrived on the scene)
supposedly arrived????
And brothers and sisters in Christ-lets try not to be lured by those who lay these baited "fake" question-leaving them to have only each other to talk to. They don't want knowledge-they want a target and we are the "game." Lets look diligently for questions by sincere persons who truly want to learn and understand. Or post questions of substance to sustain and support one another.
Jesus said Love one another as I have loved you. Lets to that!

God does things in His own time, for the reasons He knows best.
Jesus Christ was a traveling faith healer and preacher. He brought with him his entourage. His target audience at first was the Jews. However, with the exception of his band of Jewish disciples and small numbers of people who believed on him and were healed by him and followed him based on his preaching, the Jews did not accept him. Actually, the Jewish religious authorities of the time had him crucified.
There was no television, no satellite, no mass media. His message was given in the old-fashioned way.
The mission to reach the Jews became a mission to reach all people...the disciples went out amongst the Gentiles...and here we are, 2,000 years later, with Christians found in every corner of the world.
Jesus Christ went to the Jews at a time when they were ready for him....in terms of the times they lived in and through. It was the right moment.
There were no Jews 100,000 years previous to that, so obviously, the mission to the Jews could not have happened at that time.

I guess you're in phase one of atheism after converting from theism. I was in that phase a while back, and I'm sure I annoyed quite a few people. You're on the right track, though, probably. Questions aren't useful when dealing with religion, as religion usually preys on blind obedience. Skepticism is vehemently discouraged, as I'm sure you're aware. I realize it doesn't correlate to your intelligence, but my OCD demands that I tell you it's "supposedly" rather than "supposidly".

Because mythology is a new concept. Early man/woman needed only a God/Goddess to create, not to set morality according to a single individual or group.

I guess he waited until the time was right? I don't know. We cannot presume to know the reasoning of God.
Modern humans have indeed been around for about that long, emerging from Africa.

Because he was waiting for a tiny band of desert wandering preliterate and pre-scientific superstitious genocidal nomads to appear who were less technologically and culturally developed than their neighbors so he could choose them as his chosen race of people, only to send his son whom they wouldn't recognize as their messiah to forgive sins nobody is aware they have committed or need to be forgiven for.

For starters, not all scientists believe that to be the length of time. Jesus' arrival was designed to be executed at a time of great need, but also at a time of strained hope and faith. This is the separating the wheat from the chaff.

Maybe the earlier humans were better behaved than the ones during biblical times?

Jesus Christ said to think of Him as a man on a long journey. It is the journey that brings past, present, and future.
