I hate being shy wich is getting me no where in life even school. It's really hard for me to even talk to the teachers and because of that my work is horrible and that's no way for me to get my dream job. I even get stressed out and that's how my fourhead has a bunch of small acne. Also I think I'm shy because I'm really self consious. Anyway with the acne nothing has helped me no product or cover-up has. How to I become more self confident and get rid of my acne before December? PLEASE HELP ME!!! <=(

i went through what your going through right now, word for word.
to boost your self confidence try looking in the mirror and picking out things you like about your self, ex- pretty eyes or somthing (its alittle corny but it works). find the things you love about your self and not the things you hate. people view you how you view yourself. witht the acne try a three step program like proactive, or clinque-- i use that and it works. and to cover it up try a liqued concealer. i have a hard time talking to teachers, but if you need the help you need the help, try going up to them after class and asking if they can help you after school or before if thats easier.

Don't sell shyness short -- it can keep you out of a lot of trouble. There is value there. Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. That said, people are self-conscious because they're thinking about themselves instead of thinking about other people and being other-conscious.
To help your acne you need zinc and vitamin A. Take 20,000 units of vitamin A orally every day, and 20-30 mg of zinc morning and night. Drink a lot of water, and wash the acned area frequently. Good luck!

Your letting your shyness rule you you need to rule your shyness. Hey everyone is shy even people that reach out. Just realize that their is nothing you can do that will change who you are. The only one that knows your shy is you don't stand in your own way. I wish you the best of luck.
