avoid listening to loud music.. also don;t listen the lound music via ear phones...
don't put the ear phones into the ear for long time...
If u have etching in the ear, do visit to Doc as there may be some infactions in the ear..

Weeeeeeeeeeeell, what I do for ear infections is a mix of half rubbing-alcohol and half white-vinegar. You put it in each ear for one minute, and then drain it. (It can stain, so watch it).
If the infection runs into the throat, make sure you salt-water gargle every half-hour until the pain is gone.

by washing them and cleaning them and also when you insert a q-tips to clean them out, it should be done only on the surface and not inside the ear canal.

well you have too clean them with a Q-tip, but not everyday. after showering clean good, then every 3 days again. once every 3 days. my grandma is a nurse, lol
