gawd you are annoying. are you incapable of doing ANYTHING on your own?
if you do NOT want to go to war than DO NOT ENLIST. period. It's that simple, your training is only a small part of the whole picture. in fact, by going in without a school, you have just guaranteed yourself a trip to the sandbox as a grunt doing scut work.

The grammar is atrocious, but if I get your gist, you are asking if you can join the reserves (i.e. the National Guard) and just get the basic training without being forced to go to the war. Is htat it?
O.K. The reserves are a branch of the military just like the regular armed forces, the only difference is that until you are called to active duty, you only need to work a few weekends and a period of i think it is once a year where you would go for a month.
But just as in the regular military, you have committed to a term of service for I believe no less than 2 years. Ordinarily, you probably would have committed to your service period without ever seeing combat.
But these are not ordinary times, we are at war, most of the reserves are seeing combat, and thus if you signed up there is a good chance that you would to.
However this is not guaranteed. Depending on what you were trained as you may not ever get to an actual war zone. My niece is a physical therapist and she has been stationed all over the world, but so far she has dodged both Iraq and Afghanistan, but she was almost sent twice.
Best be is to expect that if you sign up then you are going to go. No way out of it, you will have sighed the paper, you are therfore obligated.

A little more than one quarter of the Troops deployed to the two war zones are Reservist or National Guard members. If you join the Reserves you will be required to complete Basic Training and then Advanced Individual Training. Once this has happened your Dear Old Uncle Sam can deploy you any where the Defense Department so desires!!!
If you have such a deep rooted concern over this perhaps you should not ever consider military service. At the very least consider serving in the Navy or the Air Force where you exposure in the event of the deployment will be greatly reduced than the Army or Marines.

You don't go into the reserves, just for basic training.
When you enlist in the reserves, you enlist for 4 years in the reserves and 4 years inactive reserves.
They can call you to active duty and deploy you at any time during that 8 years.
What your job is, doesn't matter, since all jobs can be deployed.
No you are not automaticly deployed, because you join the reserves.
No you do not get deployed during basic training.
Once your friend finish's basic training and her AIT, she will report to her reserve unit,
She will train 2 days a month and two weeks a year.
As soon as she reports to her reserve unit, the Army can activate her to active duty and deploy her to Iraq or Afghanistan.

What? If you are in basic training you have committed a certain number of years to the service of your country. Who ever told you that you didn't have to go to war was incorrect.

SO you want to join the military for the benfits but do nothing to earn them?
If you join the military and there is a war going on you tend to have to fight.
That is the general idea of the military.
