You should not date him; you're jail bait.

Sorry to say, even if you love each other as much as Romeo and Juliet did for each other, chances are slim for you two. As a senior, he'll be way out of touch very soon-not only physically, but mentally as well. Getting accustomed to college is not easy for some, and he'll probably have a lot of worrying to do.
The fact that he is not a virgin makes it somewhat clear that he floats with all kinds of girls.
My advice is to give up on him. It wont be worth it, in my opinion. Ever heard of the saying "there are other fish in the ocean"? You will have plenty of chances to get a serious partner in life-I suggest you focus on grades now.
Best of luck to you in the future.

I suggest you try to forget about him. If you feel you wouldn't be ready with him, and the fact that he's not a virgin should give you enough reason to stay away. Especially if he has a bad reputation about him. I mean, you wouldn't want to end up 15 and pregnant, would you? You have to think with your brain on that one, not your heart.
And hun, that's not love you're experiencing. It's a crush. If you were in love, you wouldn't have doubts. Don't confuse those two together.

Just because you may date him dose not mean you have to give in to him.. Your not in love you just think you are and it will happen again and again till you find the right one..

thats not that big of a difference in age so if you can tell he likes you and if he really does then he wont care whether or not you want to have sex and if he is an *** about it forget about him

You need to move on and forget him. He is too old for you and he is going to be graduating soon, it is not worth putting yourself through that pain. Besides, it is illegal.

well, if he's not a virgin, then maybe he'll be the one that takes yours away...keep your distance, but show that you care about him.
