im with david on this because ex wife or not NOONE has a right to break the law. and alla yall that say for him to get on with his life and get over her thats jsut messed up cuz u know if ur best friend or your ex spouse were breakin the law you would turn them in.

Well, it depends on if its just a misdemeanor or a felony...If its a misdemeanor, we as Officers have Discretion on whether we want to make an arrest or not...if its a felony, then we are supposed to make an arrest if the PC exists. On another note, it does sound like you're being vindictive.....and you didn't say WHAT she did to break the law...I THINK THATS the main point, it may not even be worth pursuing...
