Where can I find out about my daughter who is a corpman stationed in Kuwait at the naval hospital there?

I haven't heard from my daughter who is a corpman stationed in Kuwait at the naval expeditionary medical facility at camp Arifjan, can anyone help me as to what I might do to find out about her welfare?

Contact the Personnel Officer of the unit of your daugther to know her whereabouts and ask how to communicate with her especially on the internet which is the cheapest means.

Contact the Red Cross. They do welfare checks.
