Yes

Bacteria can be infected with a type of virus called "bacteriophage"

However, they don't complain much. So it is a bit difficult to know if the usual concept of "disease" (dis - ease, as in not feeling well) can be applied.

Nope. Bacteria are single-celled organisms. They are either alive or dead. They don't get sick.
