This weekend i went to bootcamp for a day with a few friends. It was so much harder than i thought it would be, and i pushed myself to the breaking point. I know for a fact i overdid it, becuase now i am almost in tears when i move, especially in my stomach muscles. I had NEVER in my life had that intense of a workout, and as i was looking at my muscles today, i realize they look extremly swollen, although its been nearly 2 days already. Is this possible for my muscles to still be swollen if i overworked/striained them that badly?

You might have just strained them. It's quite common due to overworking.
If, when working out, you feel any pain whatsoever you must stop as pain is the body's way of telling you something is wrong.
Also, just so you know, the best way to workout is intensity rather than time.
Do some strenuous workouts for about 30-45 minutes a day rather than 1-2 hours. If you work out too long your body releases chemicals which aid muscles in the short term but they also end up destroying muscles. So if you're ever feeling overworked again, just stop and you'll be fine.

Your doing high quality, the swelling is in basic terms the blood on your arm. It gets fatigues, and desires greater oxygen. determining is in basic terms breaking down your muscular tissues, so as that they are in a position to rebuild themselves.
