You should take the dog to the vet to make sure she is OK, she could have internal injuries that can not be seen without an exam and x-rays.

At one there there was no Internet. You had to make your own decisions as to what you should do on a day to day basis.. In the olden days when dogs got hit by cars, people used to take them to the vet.. It seems that it would still be a good idea today to do the same thing.. The Internet can't help you, Can't fix internal injuries, can't do a complete check up, can't do nothing for you.. Pretend there is no internet, and do the right thing, the thing take takes commonsense, and take your dog to the vet.

She is gonna be in shock. There is so much that can happen when a dog gets run over. You need to get to the nearest vet ASAP!! They can help a lot more than you can. She may seem fine right now but she could be heading for cardiac arrest or fluid biuldup in the lungs. She needs a vet now if you want her to have any chance of survival.

Do you know who did it? Seriously, sue their a*s for medical bills ans stress. So many people don't even care enough to swerve (unless their precious car might get a dent) for a dog. I was rescuing a dog in the inner city near my home and this boy was walking his dog, who got away to chase a cat and this nasty white guy (i'm white, but the racist obviously thought he was better than people based on his actions) in some fancy car came plowing through on his way from the highway exit to another highway ramp down the street, and he RAMMED the dog, almost hit the boy, and didn't even flinch, let alone stop to see if he could offer assistance. These scum should be made to pay for their cruelty. If not, vet care, rehab. Good luck

My dog got run over at 5mo of age, and even with knowing all the details, I had a hard decision. You have not given us ANY details, so the only thing I can recommend is for you to take the dog to the VET ... A.S.A.P.
preferably tonight.
When my dog got run over the 2nd time last Dec. he had big cuts, so the answer was easy. ... and I went to the vet immediately.

The dog needs to go to the vet, even if it dosen't appear severly injured. Dogs can go into shock,. My vet told me dogs often die from shock after being hit by a car. Good luck.

If injured carefully place her in a blanket and carry her from the corners because you don't want to cause any more damage to her. Check her gums to see if they are white (shock). Get her to a vet or after hours emergency, if you don't know where one is call any vet and they would have it on there answering machine.

My guess is there is no way for you to get her to the hospital so the only thing to do is go to the vet LOL
