Plants do not need additional sugar they make enough for their needs through photosynthesis. If you used sugar heavy juice or soda there could eventually be a problem of root dehydration if the sugar builds up faster than the soil bacteria can consume it. Small amounts at low concentrations would not do any harm but on a regular basis it is much better to give plants water. Roots can take sugar up through their roots if the concentration is very low but at high levels the cells of the root will lose water. This means they will lose turgor pressure and no longer supply the plant with needed water. The plants will likely wilt rather abruptly if this happens. Sugar will attract flies or other pests.

Milk would not be directly harmful and has been used as a fungicide when sprayed on leaves. The problem comes in when it goes sour and rots. The smell would be very unpleasant and it also would attract pests and possible plant diseases. Putting sugars and protein solutions in a soil environment will encourage bacteria and fungi to grow. These could, in turn, begin to attack plant roots and stems in the soil.

Plants do not need all the the carbohydrates, fat, and protein contained in milk nor the sugars in soda or juice. Milk solutes might be enough to cause the roots to dessicate just as the sugar solution does. At very low concentrations milk protein could be used by the plant as a source of nitrogen
for improving growth but the lactose ( milk sugar) could cause a build-up in the soil just like the sugar in the soda could.
Plants do need some trace levels of minerals to grow well, minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and potassium. Milk would provide these but there are better fertilizers that provide them and other nutrients plants need.
