What is your natural color? When my hair is bleached, I usually just aim for black. It is dark for a while, but fades up to brown. That is just the way I do my hair.. try it if you want. You should really try FERIA, it is a better quality, and chances are it will give you the color you wish for. Color silk is the cheapest, bottom of the line coloring..... (its what i use cause yeah i am cheap haha) but, you should really try FERIA, or even maybe NICE and EASY. They usually work the best on my hair.....

You have to use a filler to go from bleached hair to brown. By filler I just mean use like a dark blonde on it first because bleached hair has no pigment left it is going to pick up the base color in the dye you use.

Hairdressers spend years achieving their qualifations and have experience in perming, bleaching and colouring. No-one who buys an off-the-shelf box of colouring solution for their hair can hope to achive a good result just by reading the instructions on the side of the box.
The results depend on your base colour, whether the hair is bleached, coloured or permed. If it is porous it will have a different result to that on virgin hair (that is hair that is not coloured, permed or bleached, not on someone who is a virgin!)
Go and discuss your problem with a good, qualified hairdresser and take their advice. Good luck

the reason it didnt work was probably because you didn't look at the hair chart on the box and your hair was too light to use it. as for what to do, use a cheap shampoo to wash some of the colour out such as head and shoulders then redye it back in a few weeks or use another pack of the colour ontop.

yes it turned grey because it was put on bleached out hair. you really need a salon prof. for this one . they will need to remove that box color and add pigment to your hair to acheive a nice natural color. hair color is a science.

Go to a colorist with a good reputation at a good salon and have it professionally fixed.
