Im starting an excercise regimen that includes squats.
Is it safe to do them 30 times/ day?

are you using resistance or the bodyweight?

Edit:

no problem then. make sure to do some form of warm up first to get your heart rate going, do your training then stretch for a good 10 -15 minutes.

yes, but you will feel pain the first couple of days. later you will get used to it.
