weight loss always slows down after the first 10 days. it's 90% water weight being lost. it takes a whole lot longer than a week for the metabolism to shift positively. typically 3-4 weeks before there is measurable fat loss through body fat analysis.

You can not lose 20 kilos in 20 days, its too dangerous, and anyway you would just put it back on if you can off the diet. Exercise and a healthy balanced diet is the way in order to keep the weight off healthily, losing weight so quick is often no good for you at all and the amount you are suggesting is too dangerous. It also seems you are doing far too much too quickly, weight loss is for the long term not just in 3 weeks and by doing this you can keep it off and feel better about yourself, however you will need a strong will and look forward through the bad times as you will get the results you desire.

Use the Internet for ideas but don't expect miracles because they don't happen in this field unless you went under the knife which runs its own risks. Good luck for the future.

P.s. Running is very good but don't over do it!

The answer is no. Picture a kilo of butter; this is a huge amount. Losing twenty tubs of butter off your body in a month cannot be done in any safe way. Even losing this much in six months may be quite a stretch. Weight loss takes time and adjustment, do not place higher value on weight loss than on health. I wish you the best of luck in losing weight by adopting a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Not unless you plan to loose a limb or something. That would be just too dangerous to even attempt to loose so much so quickly, and the chances are you'd pack it straight back on.
Go for a more sensible amount of loss for a more sustainable goal. Like 1-2 lbs (1kg) a week.

20 Kilos of what?
Buddy thats too aggressive....Be realistic...Sudden increase and decrease of weight is not advisable. Make it a gradual process....Exercise daily..But don't over do it....
