My vitamins say
" TAKE 2 pills TWICE daily."
Does that mean I have to take a total of 4 pills in one day?
or does that just mean I take 2 pills in one day?
please help

also.. on the label is said there is a total of 5,000 IU of Vitamin A.
Does that mean with the 4 vitamins combined it equals to 5000 IU's or does it mean that its 5000 IU's x4 pills.. which equals 20,000 IU's? That seems a bit much lol

"take 2 pills twice daily" means just that, .....4 pills, ..2 in a.m...and 2 in the p.m.
