It is a true statement always, lip service means nothing unless you back it up with actions

100% true!!
For example...
I could sit here and tell you that we should all be out volunteering at soup kitchens. But until I get up and do it, I have no knowledge that anyone at the soup kitchen is getting food. Not only would I be taking action to get something done, I'd be setting a good example for those around me.
I could complain all day about the bad drivers out there on the road...But if I let my road rage show while I'm behind the wheel, I become one of them.
Alternately...Someone could walk around with an American Flag pin on their lapel, spouting patriotic opinions...But then send young Americans to war, or take away the existing freedoms that the citizens of our country have been granted.
Like they say...Don't talk the talk if you can't walk the walk.

It can be but you have to use your head when it comes to jumping into conclusions. I'll admit I have done things and I had to explain myself why I did what I did. Sometimes it doesn't come out the way we want it to in words or action. So it's really up to you what matters the most. I think you need to consider both but it also depends on the scenario.

So most certainly true....one only needs to gaze at a cuddling baby to know that statement is true. Long before they can utter a word, their actions let you know what they are feeling...and a cuddly baby content in your arms is certainly proclaiming their love for you!!
