Coconut oil is very healthy for the skin by both injesting and applying it topically. I began injesting it after I read a magazine article about it. Soon after that my dry patches on my arms dissapeared. Then I began using it, topically, especially on my feet which had some form of dermititis and they have also cleared completely. I feel like velvet all over. I sontinue to add it to my diet as well.

the dermis is the largest organ in the body and it needs plenty of healthy fats and anti-oxidants. these are easily obtained from consuming mixed nuts/seeds and a variety of fruit and vegetables.
